    Based in the Dallas area, Garza Creative Group has worked with local, national and international clients for over two decades. The agency is proud to be the recipient of many advertising and design industry awards as well as client supplier recognition awards, including two National Addys for Radio and the coveted Imagen award for Best Hispanic National Television Spot.

    FRANCISCO “PACO” GARZA,

    CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER

    As Chief Creative Officer, Paco spearheads all creative direction for the agency. Between 1987 and 1991 he was hired by several agencies in New York to be the creative force behind the Kodak, Xerox and Bausch and Lomb accounts. He also worked on the Shimano Fishing, Goretex and Remington Firearms accounts. He returned to Dallas in 1991 to establish Garza Creative Group.

    Under his direction, the agency has successfully produced over 3,000 creative projects for Texas Instruments, as well as a decade of award-winning radio and television spots for TXU Energy and three years as an agency of record for 7-Eleven. Paco is a seasoned creative professional who possesses both hands-on digital know-how and an instinctive leadership quality for molding a cohesive creative team.

    VICKI GARZA,

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Vicki manages all new business development and operations for Garza Creative Group. As a co-founder of the agency in 1991, she built the agency’s book of business from the ground up to assemble an impressive client roster that included Texas Instruments, Raytheon, TXU Energy, and 7-Eleven. She has served on several Boards of Directors including the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

    She currently serves on the Board of Hope for the Heart and U ARISE, an educational non-profit for college students she co-founded with her 23-year old niece. Vicki has won several prestigious awards, including an Award of Excellence from Working Woman Magazine. Having launched her career as a retail buyer, she has an innate sense for style and a deep appreciation for merchandising and design.

    DAVID SCHMIDT, DIRECTOR OF IT SERVICES

    David’s focus is on building, managing and troubleshooting networks, PCs and Linux Web Servers for clients. His software expertise includes both Microsoft and Adobe products as well as a broad range of open source software. Since 2009, David has been providing custom IT solutions for internal and external sites at Garza including training and recruiting campaigns for Texas Instruments. His own client list boasts Google and LaQuinta.
